Plan Your Visit

The safety and well-being of our visitors, volunteers, and museum staff are our highest priority. While we look forward to welcoming you back, additional health and safety precautions are in place. We ask that visitors stay home if they have any symptoms of COVID-19 or are considered to be in a high risk category. Before visiting, please use Ontario Health’s self-assessment tool available here

Due to capacity limitations, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to enter the museum immediately if we have reached maximum capacity. Upon the event the museum is at-capacity, visitors may have a short wait outdoors before space inside becomes available.

At the Museum

We recommend that staff, volunteers and visitors wear a mask if they are able to. We also ask that visitors frequently wash or sanitize hands and maintain physical distancing inside and outside of the museum. We thank our visitors in advance for complying with these new modifications.

New directional signage installed in the museum will assist with visitor flow through exhibits, and hands-on and interactive exhibits have been temporarily removed. We enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting routines for your health and safety during your visit, and capacity inside the museum is limited.
