Contact our Staff at the Reception Desk inside our Museum

Contact

Getting in contact with the Toronto Railway Museum is easy. We can be reached through a variety of ways. The most direct way is emailing us at manager@trha.ca. This way, even if our staff are out of office, we can see your message. You can call us at 416-214-9229 and ask to speak to a member of staff. Alternatively, you can reach out to us on social media using the handle @TORailwayMuseum (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). Please note that these accounts are not monitored 24/7. We can respond to any inquiry that you may have. For special topics such as filming, photography, and press releases please see the sections below.

Historical & Research Inquiries

The Toronto Railway Museum is supported by a team of seasoned volunteer railway historians. If you have an information request that you need help for you research, please feel free to reach out to our team via email at research@trha.ca. This is a volunteer-led initiative, so there may be a delay in their ability to assist you with your request.

Filming and Photography

We welcome people who wish to use our rolling stock and historical buildings as the setting for their artistic projects! We can accommodate nearly all types of projects, large or small. From family photos to film projects (and everything in between), we are open to all project proposals.

If you have a project in mind, let us know by contacting us at manager@trha.ca. In your email, include a brief summary of your project, your main contact information, a timeline for the project, and what access you will need to our site and artifacts (if known).

Please Remember: all filming that is intended for commercial use and takes place outside in Roundhouse Park will require a permit issued by the City of Toronto. You can find more information on these permits here.
