Temporary Closure

Museum Closure

Temporary closure announcement: Effective November 23, the Toronto Railway Museum is temporarily closed until further notice in accordance with the Ontario Chief Medical Officer of Health. The health and safety of our visitors, staff, and volunteers is our top priority. The Toronto Railway Museum will continue to follow the recommendations of our public health officials. We are looking forward to reopening our doors once it is safe to do so.

All scheduled public events, tours, and programs at the Museum after November 22 are cancelled until further notice.

At Home Activities

Explore museum from home activities during our temporary closure.

Although the museum is closed, you can still take part in several virtual activities. We have lots of activities that can be explored from the comfort of your own home! There is an audio guide detailing our collections, online puzzles and games, digital exhibits, and more. Find these activities on our TRM From Home page. Above all, enjoy!
